About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Specialist to keep our small team running smoothly. The role mixes on-site work for hardware and network tasks with remote support during the week. You’ll be the go-to person for everyday tech issues, small infrastructure fixes, and user support across our Microsoft based environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of on-site IT support experience
• 3+ years working directly with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office environments
• Good experience with network infrastructure and printer support
• Basic understanding of data backup or cybersecurity practices
• Comfortable supporting business applications at user level (SAP B1, Salesforce)
• Clear communicator with a practical, problem-solving mindset
• Friendly and approachable, with a focus on getting things done

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and key business applications
• Provide day-to-day IT support to a team of about 10 people
• Monitor and maintain basic infrastructure: network, UPS, printers, smartphones
• Handle laptop setups, updates, and troubleshooting (hardware/software)
• Offer level 1–2 support for applications such as SAP B1 and Salesforce
• Track and report recurring issues to help improve reliability
• Work together with the IT Corporate team to implement Corporate level initiatives
