Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on IT support or helpdesk experience preferred
  • Associates degree (or in pursuit of) in a technology-related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and user access issues
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
  • Strong customer service mindset with a positive, can-do approach
  • Ability to provide frequent in-person and remote support in a hybrid environment (office, manufacturing, remote)
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Prior ERP administration experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment (such as NetSuite)
  • Experience with WMS or inventory systems (RF-SMART preferred)
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
  • Experience with analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Spanish language capabilities are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT requests
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues
  • Provide clear, friendly in-person and remote support
  • Track and update support tickets
  • Manage user accounts, logins, and permissions across business systems
  • Support Microsoft 365 licenses, email, and collaboration tools
  • Assist with software installs, updates, and onboarding/offboarding
  • Maintain user roles, permissions, dashboards, and saved searches
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and assist with report building
  • Support documentation and system best practices
  • Support desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and basic network/WiFi
  • Maintain printers and facility systems like Teams Rooms, displays, and security equipment
  • Assist with inventory management system support
  • Contribute to IT documentation, asset management, and cybersecurity initiatives
  • Support IT and cross-functional improvement projects
