About The Position

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist II to join our team at the Lane Service Center in Springfield, Oregon! The IT Support Specialist II will function as System Administrator for our network environment, Mobile Device Management (MDM) software, Software as a Service (SaaS), and local servers. They will lead regular maintenance and update tasks for ColumbiaCare Services IT equipment and services. The IT Support Specialist II will maintain accurate documentation for help desk tickets, instructions, & guides, project progress, using department approved resources.

Requirements

Driving is an essential function of this position.
Successful applicants must provide a valid driver's license from their state of residence or obtain and submit one within 30 days of hire.
Maintain a safe driving record.
Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
Direct Care staff must be 18 or older at the time of hire.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is highly preferred
Two (2) years’ experience troubleshooting and providing IT helpdesk support to end users is preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Mac computers is a plus
