About The Position

Superlanet is a clinician-led, woman-owned healthcare IT staffing firm supporting hospitals and health systems nationwide. We are seeking a hands-on IT Operations Analyst to support our growing workforce across San Diego and Tijuana. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, helping users, coordinating vendors, managing technology assets, and building scalable IT processes. The ideal candidate is a "jack-of-all-trades" who can independently support day-to-day IT operations while helping lay the foundation for future growth. This person must be comfortable traveling between the U.S. and Mexico and working in a dynamic startup-like environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Systems Administration, or IT Operations
  • Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VPNs)
  • Experience with user account administration and SaaS platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Valid passport and ability to travel regularly between San Diego and Tijuana

  • Familiarity with Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), or endpoint management tools
  • Experience working with vendors and technology procurement

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for employees across San Diego and Tijuana.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, monitors, peripherals, and user accounts.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and access management.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and Microsoft 365 issues.
  • Manage company technology assets, inventory, and software licenses.
  • Coordinate with internet, networking, telecom, and hardware vendors.
  • Assist with office technology setup, expansions, and infrastructure projects.
  • Support backups, device updates, endpoint management, and basic security controls.
  • Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and knowledge base materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes, and enhance user experience.
  • Support simple system integrations and other technology-related projects.
  • Travel between San Diego and Tijuana as needed to support employees and office operations.
