We are looking for a dependable, hands-on IT Support Engineer to help deliver an excellent employee technology experience in our facilities. This is an on-site role focused on day-to-day IT support for employees and office operations. The IT Support Engineer will serve as a key first point of contact for technical issues, helping resolve support tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and keep core workplace technology running smoothly.
