We’re seeking an IT Support Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on IT support and infrastructure experience to join our growing Miami team. You’ll ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems while delivering excellent support to employees. Working closely with our global IT team and UK HQ, you’ll manage core IT infrastructure, resolve issues, and support global IT projects and upgrades.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of IT support/infrastructure experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and Windows troubleshooting.
  • Proficient with endpoint management, networking fundamentals, and IT security practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and balance operations with project work.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first-line IT support via email, IM, phone, or in person
  • Provide technical support for Windows applications, Microsoft 365, and Teams.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding (laptop setup, accounts, access, licenses).
  • Maintain IT documentation, support tickets, and procedures.
  • Administer Active Directory / Entra ID, endpoint tools (Intune, ThreatLocker).
  • Configure and support VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN, DNS, DHCP, and assist with firewall/switch configuration.
  • Collaborate on security improvements, IT migrations, and system upgrades.
  • Develop and use PowerShell scripts to automate workflows.
  • Support infrastructure and global IT projects.
  • Provide first-line support for our ERP (Quantum), escalate as needed, and assist with integrations.
