About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team and provide technical support for our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
• Experience with network administration and security
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly

Nice To Haves

• Certifications in relevant IT areas (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to all employees and departments within the organization
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems
• Manage user accounts and access permissions
• Train and support employees on the use of technology and software
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures
• Collaborate with IT team to implement new technology and systems
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
