About The Position

AdCellerant is seeking an IT Support Coordinator to fulfill a vital role supporting our daily IT operations and People Operations functions. This position requires a strong on-site presence at our Denver office, including 4 days in-office and 1 day remote per week to provide hands-on support. This position is critical to maintaining business continuity, ensuring that internal technical systems run seamlessly and people operations processes are executed flawlessly. Reporting to the Security & Compliance Manager, you will manage first-tier technical support, hardware/software deployment, and user access groups. You will also partner with the People Operations team to anchor employee onboarding, documentation, and workplace logistics including in office operations. Ultimately, you are responsible for ensuring that every employee has the working hardware, software access, and operational backing they need to succeed from day one. Your attention to detail, organizational superpowers, and proactive communication are vital to keeping our internal workflows running efficiently! Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee technical support requests in our IT ticketing system.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting and resolution for hardware (Mac OS), software (Google Workspace, common applications), and basic network connectivity issues.
  • Document all support requests and resolutions.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate personnel with detailed information.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of helpdesk knowledge base articles in Confluence.
  • Provide basic user training on common software and hardware.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of new workstations and equipment.
  • Configure, distribute, and support employee laptops (MacBook).
  • Assist with the maintenance of IT equipment inventory.
  • Ensure that updated signatures for laptops, software, and network devices are current and applied within documented timelines.
  • Manage Apple devices through Apple Business Manager, including device enrollment, app deployment, and basic configuration.
  • Utilize Mosyle for basic mobile device management tasks and troubleshooting.
  • Assist users with account setup, password resets, and access management within Google Workspace and other systems.
  • Assist with user management across third-party platforms: Granting access, troubleshooting issues, removing access, compiling user reports, etc.
  • Monitor office activity and provision access (program office badges, answer phone calls to grant office access, greet office visitors, etc).
  • Manage FedEx shipping from the office (employee equipment, marketing materials, etc).
  • Point of contact for office maintenance and vendors.
  • Collaborate closely with the People Ops team to ensure an excellent employee experience.
  • Follow all People Ops systems and procedures, and help develop new efficiencies.
  • Follow IT procedures and security protocols.
  • Create clear, concise, informative, and friendly announcements to the company as needed.
  • Perform tasks effectively within given time frames.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and security operations.
  • Perform other IT/admin tasks as needed. Specifics of this role will continue to evolve.
