About The Position
Zumbro Valley Health Center is seeking an IT Support Associate to join our team! Primary responsibilities include user training and education, responding to maintenance needs in a help desk format, configuring, maintaining, and installing PCs/Thin Clients, printers, and phones. This role also involves working with a consulting firm for phone and networking needs.
Requirements
- Work with a variety of operating systems, including, Windows 10. Windows 2016 & Windows 2019 Server.
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VOIP, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless Connectivity, etc.
- Will be working with consulting firm for phone and networking needs.
- VM Ware knowledge.
- Post-secondary education in MIS or business-related field preferred.
- Desire progressively responsible experience in medical or health related field.
- Information systems experience preferred.
- Knowledge of office practices, procedures and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure equipment is maintained in good working order.
- Provide routine preventative maintenance on hardware.
- Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment.
- Configure and problem-solve issues related to computer peripherals and software.
