About The Position

As we continue to scale our fulfillment operations across North America, reliable technology support inside our warehouse environments is critical to maintaining production flow and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The IT Support Associate acts as the primary onsite technology partner supporting warehouse operations. This role is responsible for maintaining the reliability of operational technology, end-user computing devices, and site connectivity in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. Success in this position requires strong hands-on troubleshooting skills, proactive ownership of technology readiness, and close collaboration with site leadership and centralized IT teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or field IT role supporting onsite users
  • Experience supporting mobile devices, shared operational equipment, and printing systems
  • Familiarity with device management platforms and enterprise productivity tools
  • Ability to move throughout large operational environments as required

Nice To Haves

  • Warehouse, manufacturing, or field service IT experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite and remote support for warehouse technology including workstations, mobile devices, shared operational equipment, and printing systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues impacting production workflows
  • Deploy and configure new devices aligned with global IT standards
  • Maintain device readiness to support onboarding waves, production ramps, and site reconfigurations
  • Track hardware inventory and lifecycle status using enterprise asset management tools
  • Perform preventative maintenance and coordinate repair or replacement of damaged or aging equipment
  • Act as the first technical responder during site technology incidents and partner with infrastructure and security teams to restore service
  • Identify recurring technology issues and recommend improvements to reduce operational friction
  • Train site users on technology processes and new tools where required
  • Serve as a technical liaison between warehouse leadership and centralized IT teams
  • Participate in after-hours incident support rotations for critical production events
  • Support nearby regional sites when required
  • Use approved AI tools to assist with troubleshooting guidance, documentation, and operational improvement ideas
  • Contribute to knowledge base development and self-service enablement
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive support activities and improve site efficiency
