About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and support to our healthcare professionals and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, maintaining our network and systems, and providing training and support to our team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with healthcare technology and systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to our healthcare professionals and staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network and connectivity problems, and assisting with the setup and maintenance of equipment.
• Monitor and maintain our network and systems to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Identify and implement improvements to our systems and processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Train and support our team on new technology and software systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for common technical issues and solutions.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement new solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the healthcare industry to recommend and implement new tools and systems.
