About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and other server administration tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in healthcare IT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of our IT systems.
• Identify and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain IT projects.
• Train staff on new technologies and provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, software licenses, and maintenance agreements.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements.
