About The Position

IT Support Analyst (Hybrid) Locations: Plymouth, MN Make an Impact. Solve Problems. Grow With Us. North Country Business Products (NCBP) is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our team! In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues while delivering the friendly, professional service our clients count on. You'll work directly with clients to assess technical issues, identify solutions, and see each support request through to resolution. Requirements

  • A minimum of a two-year technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Working knowledge of computers, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in POS, IT support, hospitality, grocery or retail is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with network connectivity and related software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional, and timely technical support to Point of Sale clients.
  • Troubleshoot, assess, and resolve a variety of hardware and software issues.
  • Keep clients informed with timely updates on service requests, progress, and resolution plans.
  • Install and configure software, including remote technician tools, antivirus software, POS applications, and Change of Service (COS) updates.
  • Research client information, service history, and internal/external resources to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Prioritize incoming support requests and work efficiently to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
