About The Position

Floorplan Xpress is a national leader in the automotive finance industry, seeking an IT Support Analyst for their Norman, OK Operations Center. This in-office position, Monday-Friday, focuses on providing excellent technical assistance and support to users, diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and network issues to ensure efficient operations. The role also involves guiding and training end users on technology resources, documenting support requests, and assisting in the maintenance and administration of IT systems, including user accounts and security. The IT Support Analyst will stay updated on technological trends to offer proactive support and recommend improvements.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software and network systems.
Familiarity with MS Windows and Office Suite and other commonly used business applications.
Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle report.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing.

Nice To Haves

Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional.

Responsibilities

Providing technical assistance and support to Floorplan Xpress users.
