In this deskside support role, you will deliver hands-on and remote technical assistance to employees across the West Coast, from our Phoenix, Arizona office. You will handle complex issues, ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, and serve as a key point of contact for our employees. Success in this position hinges on your ability to work independently, juggle priorities from multiple stakeholders, and proactively solve problems in a distributed environment.
