About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and troubleshooting, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other cloud-based services
Familiarity with network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
A passion for technology and a desire to continuously learn and improve

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users for all IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, escalating to senior IT staff when necessary
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches
Ensure all systems are up to date with the latest security patches and updates
Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures and processes
Train employees on basic IT procedures and best practices
Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses
Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to current systems
