Inspire Communities is looking for an IT Support Analyst to be a key player in maintaining and advancing the digital backbone of our portfolio of communities. You'll be the go-to expert for diagnosing issues, improving systems, and ensuring secure and seamless operations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of IT support experience in a professional, multi-site environment
  • Associate degree required
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Windows 10/11, and network environments
  • Experience with cybersecurity tools like CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Fortinet, or Microsoft Defender
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and cloud-based services
  • Excellent communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a fast-moving IT team

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's or IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus
  • Experience working with commercial-grade network and camera systems a plus
  • Able to travel up to 10% to support field teams

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level desktop and field tech support across computers, tablets, printers, Wi-Fi, phone systems, and camera systems
  • Serve as a mentor and escalation point for junior support staff
  • Collaborate with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure swift resolution of technical issues
  • Manage and support Office 365, Active Directory, and SharePoint configurations
  • Lead user onboarding and training for OneDrive, security best practices, and cloud-based collaboration tools
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols and data protection policies
  • Respond to and track executive support needs with white-glove service
  • Monitor and resolve Data Loss Prevention (DLP) alerts and enforce endpoint security
