The IT Support Analyst / IT Integration Specialist owns day-to-day Tier 1/2 IT support and systems administration for a 200+ user environment, with an added focus on integrating Knightscope Security Force onto Knightscope's enterprise stack. This individual will serve as the sole on-site IT resource, with direct support from the IT team at Knightscope HQ in Sunnyvale, CA. In addition to integration responsibilities, this role provides day‑to‑day Tier 1/2 IT support for both local and remote Knightscope employees, ensuring reliable access to systems, devices, and productivity tools across the organization. This position also supports Knightscope’s broader employee base, delivering responsive, day‑to‑day IT support to both on‑site staff in Sunnyvale and remote employees nationwide. Knightscope recently acquired Event Risk LLC, a nationwide security services firm now rebranding as Knightscope Security Force. This role sits at the center of that integration — owning the full technology convergence between two organizations while standing up IT support for a high-turnover, field-based security workforce. You'll report directly to Knightscope's Director of IT in Sunnyvale and serve as the primary IT support for Security Force leadership and staff offsite. The stack is modern and cloud-first; the environment is fast-moving and operationally demanding.
