IT Support Administrator

TRIGO Global Quality SolutionsGreer, SC
Onsite

About The Position

The IT Support Administrator provides dedicated, onsite technology support for TRIGO's operations at the BMW account (Greer, SC), and is accountable for the day-to-day technology experience across the site while partnering with the Americas IT team on broader systems. Present onsite five days a week - three days at the Greer office and two days at the BMW facility - this role is the first point of contact for local technology needs and ensures that inspection teams, salaried staff, and site operations have reliable, correctly configured, and readily available equipment at all times. Beyond day-to-day support, the role helps support the site's technology across areas such as tablets and mobile devices, user accounts and software, and phones - working closely with the Americas IT team, who lead these areas, and with the Business Solutions team. This is a hands-on, self-directed position: the successful candidate works with minimal supervision, takes ownership of issues end to end, and has the capacity to grow into broader technology responsibilities over time. The position is central to protecting the customer experience TRIGO delivers to BMW and to upholding TRIGO's Quality Management System (QMS), corporate standards, and continuous improvement programs.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on desktop/endpoint support skills: Windows, standard business software, and hardware troubleshooting

  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory in a business environment (user accounts, onboarding/offboarding)
  • Hands-on experience supporting mobile devices and mobile device management (MDM) tooling
  • Experience with device inventory, vendor/carrier coordination, and equipment lifecycle tracking
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and work with minimal supervision
  • Customer-service orientation and clear, confident communication with non-technical users and site leadership
  • Proficiency in English
  • 4–6 years of progressive, hands-on IT/technical support experience with increasing responsibility, ideally within a multi-site or service-delivery organization
  • Demonstrated experience supporting end-user technology and mobile device fleets, and coordinating with vendors or carriers
  • Proven ability to work autonomously onsite, take ownership of issues, and coordinate with a central/remote IT team
  • Track record of taking on broader responsibility over time
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field required; Bachelor's preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)
