Requirements

  • All components are in working order.
  • The device is connected to the internet and able to take payments.
  • PCI Compliant (Submit at least 4 Audit logs on 4 different devices per sweep.)
  • Wire management is complete and orderly at all locations.
  • Any components that do not work must be replaced, and the changes shall be documented.
  • Any non-working components shall be returned to the IT office.
  • Sweep checklist is completed and details any outstanding issues.
  • Proper clock-in and clock-out times must be maintained at the posted times.

Responsibilities

  • Completing the Event Sweep the week of an event, verifying all Station Duo registers are in working order, connected to the internet, able to take payments, PCI Compliant, and have complete wire management.
  • Replacing any non-working components, documenting changes, and returning non-working components to the IT office.
  • Completing the Sweep checklist and detailing any outstanding issues.
  • Supporting the IT Department's calls for service on event day by responding to calls and/or supporting dispatched staff.
  • Coordinating with IT Leads to cover areas where staff are on break, ensuring proper response times.
  • Assisting the Venue Tech manager with any other duties as needed.
