This role is specifically for the Global Hospitality division at Raymond James Stadium, the official hospitality partner of the stadium, home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and a premier venue for large stadium events. The partnership includes overseeing the food and beverage program development and management for concessions, suites, and premium areas for all game days, concerts, special events, and any food and beverage related activations. The goal is to elevate the fan experience through unparalleled guest service and pride.

Requirements

  • Verify all Station Duo registers are in working order.
  • Verify devices are connected to the internet and able to take payments.
  • Ensure devices are PCI Compliant (Submit at least 4 Audit logs on 4 different devices per sweep).
  • Ensure wire management is complete and orderly at all locations.
  • Replace non-working components, document changes, and return non-working components to the IT office.
  • Complete Sweep checklist and detail any outstanding issues.
  • Maintain proper clock-in and clock-out times at posted times.

Responsibilities

  • Complete the Event Sweep the week of an event, verifying all Station Duo registers are in working order, connected to the internet, able to take payments, and PCI Compliant.
  • Ensure wire management is complete and orderly at all locations during the Event Sweep.
  • Replace any components that do not work, document the changes, and return non-working components to the IT office.
  • Complete the Sweep checklist and detail any outstanding issues.
  • Support the IT Department's calls for service on event day by responding to calls and/or supporting dispatched staff.
  • Coordinate with IT Leads to cover areas where staff are on break, ensuring proper response times.
  • Assist the Venue Tech manager with any other duties as needed.
