The Department of Family and Community Services’ Information Technology section is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Student Intern 2 to join its Customer Service (IT/CS) unit. This student internship is a great career development position where you will learn what Information Technology (IT) looks like in the public sector. The primary duties are to create and update incident tickets, document customer issues and resolutions, acknowledge and track ticket assignments, remote into customer computers and extract basic desktop configuration information, prepare equipment for shipping, and support equipment set up and tear down. In addition to the primary duties, there will be ample opportunity to explore more advanced topics, with assistance from other IT staff, to gain additional knowledge, skills, and abilities.
