This opportunity is available to replace a current team member, with the successful candidate starting in September 2026.
Requirements
- Currently completing a post-secondary education in computer science, or related field with a co-op term.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide internal support on the implementation of new systems (e.g. CRM, ERP, etc.) within the organization.
- Create documentation and standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for new systems and/or programming implementation.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets, from users on Albarrie operating and software programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with several departments, to assist in troubleshooting of information gathering on process or programming changes.
- Working with the ERP Systems Analyst, investigate and resolve issues with implementation process.
