About The Position

This is a pipeline position for an anticipated new contract, with staffing expected to begin in November 2026. Employment opportunities are contingent upon final staffing requirements. Applications are being accepted in advance to identify qualified candidates for potential openings. The role involves providing strategic planning for large projects or significant segments of complex projects, such as IT initiatives, renovations, or moves. The planner will assist in clarifying mission statements to envision future states, developing mission and vision statements, delineating goals, guiding the creation of operational plans, and specifying measurable outcomes. This includes integrating capital outlay planning into a consolidated strategic planning process and prioritizing initiatives. The role also requires assisting in the preparation of key strategic planning documentation, including OMB Form 300.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Full-Scope polygraph clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic planning of large projects or a significant segment of a strategic planning portion of a large complex project (e.g., IT, renovation, move, etc.).
• Provide the overall approach to clarify mission statements so they can be used as springboards in envisioning their desired future.
• Assist in developing mission and vision statements, subsequent goal delineation, provide guidance for building operational plans and specifying measurable outcomes to include capital outlay planning efforts in a consolidated strategic planning process and prioritizes those initiatives.
• Assist in preparation of key strategic planning documentation, including Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Form 300.
