About The Position

This role focuses on gaining familiarity with Distribution & Transportation concepts, practices, and methodologies. The associate will perform standard Distribution & Transportation duties with guidance, ensuring the timely flow of goods and materials, coordinating product movement, interfacing with users to manage return and repair issues, performing logistic analysis, and ensuring accurate inventory counts. The role also involves building trust with carriers, vendors, and distribution channels, learning and following company standards, and assisting with special projects.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Generally, less than 1 years’ experience in area of responsibility

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the timely flow of goods and materials into the company.
• Coordinating efficient product movement with shipping, receiving, warehousing and other Supply Chain team members.
• Interfacing with program, project and other business users to manage and analyze return and repair issues.
• Performing logistic analysis and preparation of internal and client reports.
• Ensuring accurate inventory counts.
• Builds and develops a high level of trust with carriers, third-party distribution channels and vendors.
• Learns and follows the company’s Distribution & Transportation, fulfillment and related standards and procedures.
• Assists with special projects as assigned.
