About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IT SR System Administrator to join our team. This full-time position is based in Lakewood, CO. The ideal candidate will possess broad technical expertise across systems, networking, cloud services, security, and SaaS applications, with a focus on solutions for not-for-profit organizations. You will be responsible for administering systems in a mid-sized organization with limited resources, implementing practical and cost-effective technology solutions, and ensuring data protection and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication abilities are essential for collaborating with both technical and non-technical staff. Requirements

Broad technical expertise across systems, networking, cloud services, security, and SaaS applications commonly used by not-for-profit organizations.
Proficiency in Windows and/or Linux server environments.
Strong experience administering systems in mid-sized organizations with limited resources.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
High level of reliability, accountability, and discretion when handling sensitive data.
Experience implementing practical, cost-effective technology solutions with limited budgets.
