About The Position

This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in software testing, with a strong understanding of best practices and methodologies. The specialist will be responsible for managing test scenarios and executing test cases across various testing phases, including SIT, Performance, and UAT. The role involves developing test cases, writing specifications, automation, and data generation. Analyzing results, identifying issues, and reporting bugs are key responsibilities. The IT Specialist will also interact with business stakeholders, system integrators, and external support providers to gather and analyze requirements, and prioritize them with the project team. Proficiency in creating reports using PowerBuilder, MS Office tools, and SQL is essential, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and MS Visio is also required.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience with software testing best practices and test methodologies.
• Strong understanding and experience developing test cases (regression, functional, unit, integration, performance, end-to-end, etc.).
• Ability to write test case specifications, automation and data generation.
• Ability to analyze results, identify functional and performance issues and write clear and detailed bug reports.
• Ability to interact with business stakeholders, system integrators and external support providers for collecting/analyzing requirements.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
• Ability to create and generate reports using PowerBuilder, MS office tools and SQL.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps and MS Visio.
