About The Position

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, including BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, including experience supporting releases, UAT, deployment validation, and successful implementation.
• Ability to analyze .NET-based and web applications, supporting requirement gathering, UI reviews, and collaboration with development teams.
• Proven ability to assess system impacts, identify gaps, and recommend effective solutions aligned with business needs.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to work with business users, developers, and project teams, including leading meetings and demos.
