We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our team at Redo. This internal-facing technical role is responsible for keeping Redo's people, devices, and systems running smoothly. You will own day-to-day IT support across the company. Including servicing our fleet of Mac and Windows devices, installing and maintaining workstation and meeting room AV equipment, and resolving network issues. Beyond physical support, you will play an active part in identity and access management across Redo's integrated SaaS systems, ensuring the right people have the right access at the right time. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who thrives on solving and automating problems, communicates clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, and takes pride in building a reliable IT environment from the ground up.
