About The Position

Luxe Brands is seeking a detail oriented, problem solving IT Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, the IT Specialist will work with our IT Manager to provide day-to-day technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist in deploying new systems, and maintain user productivity through responsive service. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of hardware configuration, networking fundamentals, and software administration. This position also requires an effective communicator who successfully collaborates with other departments on special projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, computer science or 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • 2+ years of administering and troubleshooting common issues with Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac, etc.).
  • 2+ years of administering Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and security concepts.
  • Basic understanding of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, access points).
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.

  • Apple Business Manager and MDM Solutions.
  • Microsoft Intune and Defender for Endpoint.
  • Industry Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, etc.).
  • Working cross-functionally with finance, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Administering Business Software Suites (CRM, ERP, Shopify, etc.).
  • Experience with scripting or automation (Bash/Zsh, PowerShell, Python, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for end users (desktop, laptop, mobile, peripherals).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system issues.
  • Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of devices.
  • Help with software deployments, system upgrades, patches, and updates.
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
  • Assist in user account management.
  • Document procedures, configurations, and known issues and resolutions.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and coordinate procurement.
  • Support backup and recovery operations, system updates, and security measures.
  • Collaborate on projects and company initiatives.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and security trends.
  • Other tasks as needed to support the team and evolving business.
