About The Position

Stelle is seeking a hands-on IT Specialist to support its growing team across e-commerce, operations, and retail. This role will be responsible for day-to-day IT support and for building scalable systems to support a fast-growing fashion brand. The IT Specialist will collaborate with teams in design, merchandising, marketing, and fulfillment to ensure they have the necessary tools and systems.

Requirements

2+ years of IT support experience (startup or e-commerce experience preferred)
Strong experience with macOS and SaaS tools
Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP)
Ability to troubleshoot quickly and operate independently
Strong communication skills — able to support both technical and non-technical teams
Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platforms is a big plus
Experience supporting warehouse or retail systems is highly desirable

Responsibilities

Provide daily IT support across HQ, warehouse, and remote teams
Set up and manage laptops, mobile devices, and accessories (Mac-first environment)
Administer company tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Shopify, and other SaaS platforms
Support e-commerce operations (Shopify integrations, apps, and troubleshooting)
Maintain office and warehouse network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, routers, printers)
Support fulfillment tech (POS systems, barcode scanners, inventory systems)
Manage onboarding/offboarding (account setup, device provisioning, access control)
Implement and maintain security best practices (MFA, endpoint protection, access policies)
Document IT processes and create simple guides for internal teams
Coordinate with external vendors, IT service providers, and SaaS partners
Other duties as assigned
