About The Position
The IT Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining in-house technology equipment and IT & AV assets. This includes installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading all company hardware and equipment while ensuring its optimal performance. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Seneca Gaming and Entertainment’s policies and procedures, NIGC Minimum Internal Control Standards, and SGA Tribal Internal Control Standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Programming/Technology or a combination of education and experience.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to perform accurately under pressure.
- Good people skills.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and maintaining in-house technology equipment and IT & AV assets.
