About The Position

MSP Corp is a dynamic and evolving organization seeking an IT Specialist L3 (Implementation Specialist) to join the MSP Corp. East team. This role involves providing remote and on-site support to clients, managing their hardware, software, and network systems, and ensuring optimal system availability and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful MSP system administration and project delivery in a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4–7 years of relevant experience in IT support or a related field
• DEC in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
• Solid understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and related equipment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in virtualization technologies such as VMware and/or Hyper-V.
• Experience with network administration, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls
• Experience with cloud computing technologies such as Azure and M365 solutions in order to assist or carry out projects like the following: Implementation of Autopilot (hybrid/cloud joined), Implementation of Intune policies ensuring proper configuration of devices and/or users, Application packaging for Intune, Migration of environments from on-prem to cloud in planned and staged manner., Windows 365 / AVD deployments, File migration to SharePoint or Azure file share.
• Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, administration, and project related implementations.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations and patch management.
• Collaboration with internal teams and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives to deliver the desired satisfactory customer experience.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
