Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years supporting enterprise IT systems, devices, identity platforms, and SaaS applications.
  • Experience with laptop provisioning, mobile device support, user account management, and application troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and customer-service mindset.
  • Successful candidates must engage in a security clearance process in regard to their citizenship in order to perform fundamental job duties, as per applicable law.
  • Candidates with certain citizenship may not be able to perform such fundamental job duties. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all IT requests related to accounts, applications, devices, mobile phones, and connectivity.
  • Perform triage, troubleshooting, and resolution; escalate when needed.
  • Deliver reliable, customer‑focused communication and follow-up.
  • Support Entra ID/Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other SaaS tools.
  • Handle user account provisioning, access issues, MFA resets, licensing, and basic SSO troubleshooting.
  • Assist with routine updates, configurations, and application documentation.
  • Provision and deploy laptops and mobile devices for new hires and existing employees.
  • Manage device compliance, configuration profiles, and software deployments via Intune.
  • Perform hardware troubleshooting, diagnostics, and coordinate repairs.
  • Support device lifecycle: procurement, refresh, and retirement.
  • Ensure new hires have functioning devices, accounts, and access on day one.
  • Support basic onboarding questions.
  • Complete secure offboarding and recover company devices.
  • Provide first-level support for wireless/wired connectivity, VPN access, IP conflicts, and basic firewall/proxy issues.
  • Assist with simple checks of switches, cabling, or access points under senior guidance.
  • Maintain clear documentation: knowledge articles, setup guides, troubleshooting steps.
  • Monitor basic alerts, device compliance, and application availability.
  • Suggest improvements for recurring issues or workflow gaps.
  • Follow security policies and basic access control guidelines.
  • Assist with audit evidence, access reviews, and remediation tasks.
  • Help track and resolve vulnerabilities under senior direction.
