This position is for current Arizona residents and is open to all fresh graduates on OPT (Only W2). The role is an IT Software Project Coordinator for the State of Arizona – AZDOT - Information Technology Group (ITG). The position is currently fully onsite but may change to hybrid. The role involves managing software acquisition, monitoring licenses and usage, administering software change management, coordinating software assets, and responding to technical assistance requests. The coordinator will also assist with software requests, research questions, advise users, follow IT processes, and track/route problems. Collaboration with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams is expected to ensure software compliance, manage renewals, and implement changes.
