About The Position

SunSoft Online is seeking an experienced IT Software Procurement Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity with an Arizona state agency in Phoenix. This role owns IT software procurement strategy and software vendor relationships.

Requirements

• 3+ years IT software procurement (software licensing, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, vendor contracts)
• Strategic negotiation: SLAs, contracts, renewals
• RFP/RFQ development and scoring for IT services
• Phoenix-local; eligible for FTE conversion (no sponsorship)
• Available for in-person interview within 1 week of June 23

• TCO/ROI analysis for technology investments
• Technical project management background
• Government/public-sector procurement experience

Responsibilities

• Manage IT software procurement and the IT asset lifecycle, including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS licensing
• Negotiate software contracts, SLAs, renewals, and data sovereignty clauses
• Develop and score RFPs/RFQs for enterprise IT software and services
• Conduct TCO and ROI analysis for technology investments
• Manage software vendor relationships and renewal strategy
