About The Position

Join a fast-paced distribution center as an IT Site Support Technician supporting technology throughout the facility. You’ll troubleshoot: Windows desktops/laptops, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Azure Entra ID, Zebra/label printers, Handheld scanners, Hardware and peripherals, and Network connectivity. We’re looking for someone driven, hands-on, and comfortable working independently. This position requires extensive walking throughout a large distribution center and is a great fit for a technician who enjoys a busy, active environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Windows desktops/laptops
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365
• Troubleshoot Active Directory/Azure Entra ID

• Troubleshoot Network connectivity
