About The Position
Seeking a hands-on IT Support professional to provide onsite technical support in a warehouse/distribution center environment. This role supports end users as well as the technology used throughout warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Warehouse / Distribution Center IT Support experience.
- Desktop Support / Help Desk / End User Support experience.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
- Familiarity with Teams, OneDrive & Exchange.
- Knowledge of Entra ID / Azure AD & Active Directory.
- Experience troubleshooting desktop, laptop, hardware & software.
- Experience with Honeywell scanners / handheld devices.
- Experience with Zebra & HP printers.
- Basic networking / connectivity troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with ticketing, incident documentation & escalation.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
