About The Position

Our client is seeking a seasoned Desktop Support Technician to support their Windows 11 deployment. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years supporting end users and 4+ years supporting and troubleshooting Windows 11. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with end users. As the MAIN IT SITE OWNER and the one and only IT Support Tech on-site, the candidate must be able to manage and operate self-sufficiently, with access to a whole team remotely. This is a Contract to Hire position.
