This IT Support Specialist will be based in Boca Raton, FL and will be responsible for onsite support of approximately eight locations within a given region. This position will provide level 2 and 3 technical support for clients in person and remotely. The role involves closing Help Desk tickets within the required timeframe, prioritizing support tickets while maintaining a high level of customer service, and maintaining hardware inventory for all sites in the assigned locations. The specialist will also work with internal teams and vendors on projects such as equipment refresh and new technology deployment. This position requires daily travel to communities by car within the given region.
