About The Position

NTT DATA is seeking a remote IT Services Sales Executive specializing in the Healthcare Payer Vertical. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of IT Sales experience in Managed Services/Professional Services, with strong existing relationships in the Healthcare Payer market. A deep understanding of Information Technology and Digital Solutions sales is crucial, along with knowledge of modern business and technology complexities to deliver impactful insights and solutions. This role is primarily a hunter position focused on generating, qualifying, and closing new business with C-suite executives. NTT DATA offers a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure, and business process services, combining industry expertise with innovations in digital, cloud, and automation to achieve tangible business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Services sales and/or professional services sales
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience selling into enterprise Healthcare Payer clients
  • 7+ years of IT Sales experience in the Managed Services/Professional Services space
  • Strong relationships in the Healthcare Payer market
  • Deep understanding of Information Technology and Digital Solutions sales and technology and/or professional services sales
  • Specific client knowledge of the modern complexities of business and technology, delivering the insights, solutions and outcomes that matter most.

Responsibilities

  • Sells complex managed services, full IT Outsourcing solutions, application services, and industry vertical solutions including regulatory compliance, digital, mobile, transformational services, application management/support, digital workplace services, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
  • Demonstrates a history of success in a sales hunter role with the ability to acquire net new logos.
  • Possesses a passion for improving healthcare and patient outcomes and is recognized as an expert in the Healthcare Payer/Payvider service solutions industry.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of IT managed and professional services and can articulate the value proposition to clients.
  • Creatively sells into large national Healthcare Insurance and Provider accounts and demonstrates successful deal closures.
  • Interfaces and successfully influences C-level executives within the customer organization through strategic agility.
  • Designs and implements sales strategies to achieve sales quotas.
  • Assesses potential sales opportunities and develops value propositions.
  • Applies a deep understanding of business, financials, service offerings, the market, and the needs/challenges of assigned accounts.
  • Understands and applies the long-term vision of business/technology direction for NTT DATA.
  • Drives services sales strategies that contribute to exponential sales growth.
  • Demonstrates proven success in meeting and/or exceeding annual quotas of $12+ million in Revenue.
  • Understands the competitive landscape for IT services and anticipates market and competitive factors' influence on selling NTT DATA services.
  • Maintains excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrates boardroom executive presence.
  • Travels up to 40% of the time.
