This role is for a Vertical Business Development Executive at XPO, focusing on the rapidly expanding data center infrastructure investments across North America. The executive will prospect and engage Enterprise and National Accounts to uncover new business opportunities, develop deep subject matter expertise in the data center ecosystem, and identify and win new logos by leveraging XPO’s LTL network and premium service offerings. The role involves partnering with existing account owners and sales leaders, acting as a strategic overlay resource to Enterprise and National Sales teams, and representing XPO’s nationwide network to senior decision makers. Building and maintaining a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, relationship development, market intelligence, and CRM discipline is key. The executive will also track sales activity and share best practices across the sales organization.
