About The Position

We are partnering with a rapidly growing AI-powered recruiting marketplace to find their first Account Executive to launch and build their Healthcare vertical from the ground up. This isn't just another sales role – it's a rare opportunity to own an entire business vertical at a company that 8x'd their revenue last year. You'll be joining a well-funded startup (backed by top-tier investors including Scale, Felicis, and founders of YouTube, Instacart, and Canva) that's revolutionizing how companies hire by combining specialized recruiters with cutting-edge AI technology.

Requirements

  • 4-10 years selling recruiting services specifically to healthcare organizations
  • Proven track record of building your own book of business in healthcare recruiting
  • Top performer credentials: Quick promotions, Top Biller/Producer status, consistently beating quota
  • Deep understanding of healthcare hiring challenges: talent shortages, credentialing complexities, compliance requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at large recruiting firms (healthcare divisions): Korn Ferry, CHG Healthcare, Merritt Hawkins, Jackson Healthcare, Heidrick & Struggles
  • Background at boutique healthcare agencies : Cross Country Healthcare, Aya Healthcare, AMN Healthcare, Fusion Medical Staffing
  • Experience with healthcare talent marketplaces : Nomad Health, Trusted Health, Incredible Health, Vivian Health
  • Stability-focused: No pattern of short tenures (less than 1 year stints)
  • Competitive achiever: Outstanding performance in other domains (varsity sports, top university, etc.)
  • Startup-ready: Excited about building something new in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaboration-minded: Ready to work in-person 5 days/week in SF or NYC

Responsibilities

  • Launch and own the healthcare recruiting vertical from $0 to $100M+
  • Run the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with healthcare organizations
  • Leverage your deep healthcare recruiting expertise to identify client pain points and position solutions
  • Build your own book of business while working alongside the leadership team
  • Scale operations in a fast-paced startup environment where speed and creativity win
