About The Position

This position is full-time and in-person at our Verona, WI facility for either a Summer Internship (May-August 2027) or a Spring/Summer 2027 Co-Op (January-August 2027) or a Summer/Fall 2027 Co-Op (May-December 2027). A Co-Op typically requires students to take a semester off of school to accommodate. X-ES is proud of its strong university partnerships and offers multiple student opportunities each year. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing degree in an Information Technology or Computer-related field
  • Windows system administration experience and knowledge of basic network technologies
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and fulfill tasks to meet project deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ticket management systems, Linux, or networking is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete hardware and software lifecycle of Windows and Linux workstations, including imaging, deployment, software updates, and repairs.
  • Write Chocolatey packages for standardizing installation of software on Windows workstations.
  • Provide IT support to end users for workstations, networking, and web applications.
