The IT Service & Support Technician will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to WLF administrative and production components, systems, or other technology related items. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and ensuring the proper working order of technical equipment such as Zebra printers, barcode scanners, computer software, and permissions.
Requirements
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to adapt to changing temperatures.
- Must have good customer service skills.
- Must have computer skills.
- Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorships are available.
- Must practice good personal hygiene.
- Candidates must successfully pass a post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen, physical and E-Verify.
Nice To Haves
- Associates degree in related area or equivalent is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related position is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide printer, computer, phone and email support.
- Support facility projects as assigned.
- Provide end-user training and support on hardware and software issues, both in person and remotely.
- Provide IT support to production systems including terminations of ethernet cables, IP connectivity, security camera systems, timeclocks and other technologies.
- Basic troubleshooting.
- Other duties as assigned.
