The CIB Technology IT Associate Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to internal users. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. The analyst will work within defined Service Level Expectations (SLEs) and may be assigned ad-hoc projects.
