About The Position

The Workforce Technology Security Engineering team partners with the Information Security Office (ISO) and across IT to realize a culture of security that manages risks, defends against threats, and integrates security into business and technology. The Security Engineering team has an opportunity for an IT Senior Manager. In this position you will directly influence security posture by providing leadership to an engineering team responsible for the design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, optimization, and support of security technology tools, solutions, and automation for security capabilities.

Requirements

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or immediate surrounding area s
  • 8+ years related experience
  • Experience managing technical teams, to include performance management, employee development, and hiring
  • Experience managing managers or other technical leadership
  • Experience with capacity planning
  • Proven success leading, mentoring, and motivating team members to maximize their potential and deliver high quality results and solutions
  • Experience in leading project teams across teams and departments supporting IT initiatives
  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • Experience with Endpoint agents, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Atlassian, Splunk, AWS and/or Azure
  • Management experience in Cyber Security or related technologies
  • Experience managing external vendors and service providers
  • Working knowledge of security tools and capabilities including but not limited to Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM), Application Control, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR), Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Cloud Workload Protection (CWP), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Security Event Monitoring, User Behavior Analytics, Vulnerability Scanning, and Penetration Testing

  • Serve as escalation point, proactively addressing roadblocks and helping the team delivery high-quality results
  • Establish and maintain key performance metrics, identify opportunities, and improve processes
  • Build strong relationships across IT teams to ensure consistency, transparency, and best practices
  • Ensure solutions developed across the organization are aligned to standards and principles
  • Protect our customers, our employees, and our brands by incorporating security and compliance in all decisions and daily job responsibilities, following security policies and procedures
