About The Position

We are looking for a IT/SATCOM Project Manager (PM) to support our government customer in Fort Bragg, NC. We are seeking highly motivated PM with a technology background. The PM will support communications-electronics and information technology related acquisitions including products, integrations, and continued sustainment for customer requirements ranging in value from a few hundred dollars to multi-million dollar purchases. The PM will coordinate with TAO customers, vendors, and other stakeholders as required to manage all phases of assigned projects throughout their life cycles. The PM will work with TAO customers to prepare the required documentation for acquisition packages which may include refining their requirement specifications; performing market research; developing cost estimates, writing justifications and other required documentation. The PM will coordinate customer funding and timelines; providing feedback and assistance to Contracting Office; verifying product delivery, completion, performance; and assisting to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three (3) years Project Management experience.
  • SATCOM and Army technical field experience.
  • Project Management Institute PMP Certification or a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Information Technology related subjects.
  • A minimum of five (5) years Information Technology experience.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance required; then sponsored to TS/SCI Clearance thereafter.
