About The Position

This position will be responsible for assisting in creation, supporting execution, and ensuring successful execution of comprehensive test plans and scripts for IT&S projects. The Quality Assurance (QA) analyst will be expected to work closely with multiple departments to develop test plans, execute and validate test cases, and track and report on testing progress according to project requirements. The QA analyst will ensure delivery of an end product that matches the project and business functional and nonfunctional requirements. Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree or related field.
• Two (2) years’ experience working in the Information technology testing quality assurance field.
• Knowledge of Information Technology projects, Risk Management, and Quality Assurance management.
• Ability to perform statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of test automation tools and automated testing processes.
• Strong listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with all levels within the organization.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Team oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
• Knowledge of types of software tests, e.g. Use case testing, integration testing, smoke testing, etc.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with systems implementation and project management
• Previous experience with automated QA software testing systems and creating automated test scripts
• Knowledge of system testing and software and infrastructure quality assurance best practices and methodologies

• Additional related education and/or experience.
