About The Position
Argo Cyber Systems is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing cybersecurity engineering, incident response, digital forensics, cloud security, Zero Trust, and cyber modernization services to Federal agencies and critical infrastructure organizations. We are seeking an experienced IT Requirements Manager to support a high-profile DHS cybersecurity mission focused on technology modernization, operational capability integration, and mission process improvement. This role is ideal for a senior Business Analyst who excels at bridging operational needs with technical solutions and driving measurable mission outcomes. We are seeking a Requirements Engineer to support this critical customer mission. The Requirements Engineer will facilitate use case identification, requirements gathering, and stakeholder coordination for technology integration initiatives. This role ensures technology insertions align with mission goals, operational priorities, and measurable outcomes while managing stakeholder expectations and communication.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Ability to obtain DHS Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability
- Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related degree; or HS Diploma & 7-9 years of directly relevant experience.
- 5+ years of direct relevant experience in IT, cyber security operations, systems integration or related fields
- Strong requirements development and documentation skills
- Experience with use case development and user story creation
- Knowledge of cybersecurity operations and mission environments
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project coordination and tracking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Experience supporting DHS, CISA, DoD, FBI, or Intelligence Community programs
- Experience supporting cybersecurity operations centers (SOCs)

Responsibilities
- Lead use case identification and prioritization activities with mission stakeholders
- Gather and document requirements for technology integration pilots
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordination meetings
- Translate mission pain points into technology capability requirements
- Develop business cases and value propositions for technology insertions
- Define measurable objectives and success criteria for technology initiatives
- Coordinate between technical teams and operational stakeholders
- Support governance review processes with business impact analysis
- Create stakeholder communications and status reports
- Manage requirements traceability throughout integration lifecycle
- Support leadership alignment activities with briefings and documentation
- Facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement processes
